What you buy

For £39.99 paid once, you receive the personalised website shown in your preview, supplied as a downloadable ZIP. It contains ready-to-upload website files, editable source, included assets and documentation about publishing, domains and changes. Check the preview and your business details before paying.

What is not included

Hosting, domain registration, setup, third-party accounts, email services, ongoing edits and management are not included. You choose and arrange any providers yourself and pay their charges separately. BuiltReady does not create or operate accounts on your behalf. There are no subscriptions or ongoing fees from BuiltReady.

Delivery and access

After your payment provider confirms the payment, your order page provides a download. A receipt and link are also sent to the email used at checkout. Links last 30 days and allow up to 10 downloads; keep a backup of your files. Contact us if you need your link renewed. Your purchase is for the version shown when you started checkout.

Your content and use

You may edit and publish the purchased website for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information and your right to use supplied names, logos, photographs and other material. Any third-party asset rights are identified in the included source notes. The sample websites on this storefront are illustrative, not customer endorsements.

Corrections, problems and refunds

Ask for corrections through your preview before buying. If the supplied files are faulty or differ from the purchased preview, contact us with your order number and a description so we can investigate and discuss an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law. These terms do not promise marketing results, search rankings or a particular number of customers.

Publishing and maintenance

You control publication and are responsible for ongoing content, account security, domain renewals and any third-party services you add. A static website does not include a working form-processing service unless separately documented; the included websites use telephone and email links unless their documentation states otherwise.

Owner research tools

The owner research tool includes Google Maps features and content when enabled. Use of those features and content is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
